Equity Release & Retirement is a trading name of Financial Clarity (Scotland) Ltd who are an Appointed Representative of PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a trading name of First Complete Ltd. First Complete Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

For lifetime mortgages, a fee of £1500 will be payable. £750 is payable at the outset, with a further £750 payable on full completion. We will receive commission from the lender in addition to the fees you pay. The amount we charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration that is required. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
